Returns And Exchanges must be sent back to us within 45 days of purchase.

If an item was acquired during a giveaway period, it is not eligible for a refund once the giveaway has concluded. However, we can facilitate exchanges or provide store credit in such cases. Please note that returning an item for a refund, which was purchased during a giveaway, will result in the forfeiture of associated entries. This condition does not apply if the item is returned for store credit or an exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and brand new. Items cannot be accepted if they are dirty, contain pet hair or scents, or are not in a resellable condition.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Please ensure that the product is returned with all its original packaging and contents, undamaged, and unused. Upon receiving the return, we will proceed with issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange, assuming the item remains undamaged.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days after we receive the original item.

If an exchange is requested and we have the requested item in stock, it will be shipped within 2-4 business days after we receive the original item.

Upon receiving the original item, we will email you a store credit code. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder in case our email ends up there.

Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
