I received an email stating that my order has been delivered but have not received it.

    If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

    • Wait for up to 3 business days
    • Check with your neighbors
    • Check your mailbox and other potential delivery locations
    • Consult with other individuals residing at your address
