Please ensure that Returns and Exchanges are initiated within 45 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are not allowed for items purchased during a giveaway period if they are returned after the giveaway has ended. In such cases, we can only offer exchanges or store credit.
If you choose to return a giveaway item for a refund, any entries associated with that purchase will be forfeited. However, this does not apply if you opt for store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and brand new. We cannot accept items that are dirty, contain pet hair or scents, or are not in a resellable condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Make sure to include all original packaging and contents with the undamaged, unworn, and unused product. Upon receiving the return and ensuring the item is undamaged, we will process the refund, store credit, or exchange accordingly.
Here's what you can expect:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days after we receive the original item.
- Exchanged items will be shipped out within 2-4 business days after we receive the original item, provided that we have the requested item in stock.
- A store credit code will be emailed to you once we receive the original item. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder for any emails from us.
Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
